Christina’s journey with Gypsy Divers started in 2001 when the new store and pool opened. Back then she was an awkward preteen swimming year-round with a competitive team. Over 10 years later, she was lured back with the chance at a part-time job. This time acting as the teacher and not the student. However, after a few days of shadowing swim instructors, it was clear her other job was going to get in the way and Billy immediately wanted to let her go. Luckily, the previous owner saw some potential and decided to move her to AirTech full time!
While she was only here for a year, she formed such a bond with the AirTech team that she returned to visit year after year despite not even being a diver. In 2019, she returned full-time as our web developer, marketer, or whatever else we can think to ask her for. She even forgave Billy for almost firing her and married him in 2017.
In her free time, she works as a web developer and consultant with her company Argiope Studio, enjoys running whenever possible, photography, and playing with her cat, Jinx, and dog, Storm.
